Prize Pool

The minimum prize pool for the airdrop is 300,000 FOLO tokens, and the campaign may end early if all prizes are claimed before the scheduled conclusion. Alpha Impact reserves the right to increase the campaign prize pool as necessary.

Distribution

Rewards will be distributed to participants’ Alpha Impact on-chain wallets every Thursday. Ensure the tasks are completed correctly to receive the rewards.

Terms&conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the FOLO Airdrop Campaign (“Airdrop”). By participating in the Airdrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Airdrop Period

The Airdrop will begin on [2024-5-2] at [06:00:00 UTC] and end on [2024-5-16] at [06:00:00 UTC], Alpha Impact reserves the right to adjust the campaign period as necessary.

Eligibility

(1) Registration: Participants must register for an Alpha Impact Account to access a valid on-chain wallet, essential for receiving airdrop tokens. The wallet, provided automatically upon registration, requires activation. Existing account holders do not need to register a new one but must ensure their on-chain wallet is activated.

(2) Telegram Linking: Participants are required to link their Telegram accounts to their Alpha Impact account using the Alpha Impact App to be eligible for the airdrop. Detailed instructions can be found under: Alpha Impact App → Profile Task → Link Your Telegram.

(3) Airdrop Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of 3,000 FOLO as an airdrop reward. Alpha Impact may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to screen for suspicious activities.

(4) Right to Withhold Rewards: Alpha Impact retains the right to withhold reward distribution if manipulative or fraudulent behavior is detected.

Legal Requirement

(1) Legal Compliance: Participants must ensure that their country of residence allows participation in airdrop campaigns. Alpha Impact is not liable for any legal implications arising from participation in prohibited jurisdictions.

(2) Regulatory Adherence: It is the participant’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency airdrops, including tax obligations.

(3) Jurisdictional Restrictions: Alpha Impact does not promote or endorse participation in cryptocurrency airdrops in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.

(4) Disclaimer for Unauthorized Campaigns: Alpha Impact is not responsible for losses incurred from participation in unauthorized or fake airdrop campaigns claiming affiliation with Alpha Impact. Participants are encouraged to conduct thorough research to verify the legitimacy of any airdrop campaign. Exercise caution and discretion when engaging with third-party promotions.

Alpha Impact’s Reserved Rights in the Airdrop Campaign

Right to Modify or Cancel: Alpha Impact reserves the right at any time to modify, extend, or cancel the competition without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in eligibility criteria, prize structures, and competition timelines.

Disqualification of Participants: Alpha Impact may disqualify any participant it finds engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior. This determination is at Alpha Impact’s sole discretion and includes behaviors such as the use of multiple accounts, unauthorized use of trading platforms, or attempts to manipulate trading results.

Limitation of Liability: Alpha Impact shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the competition. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, profits, or personal injury. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights: Participants grant Alpha Impact the right to use their names, likenesses, and trading results for promotional purposes without additional compensation. However, participants retain ownership of their original content and trading strategies.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Impact from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses they may incur in relation to their participation in the competition. This includes but is not limited to claims of copyright infringement, fraud, or breach of contract.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising from or related to the competition will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

No Endorsement: Participation in the competition does not imply Alpha Impact’s endorsement or recommendation of any specific trading strategy, product, or service. Trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the participants.

Data Privacy: Personal data provided by participants will be collected, processed, and used by Alpha Impact in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Participation in the competition constitutes consent to this data handling for the purpose of administering the competition and distributing prizes.

Force Majeure: Alpha Impact is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Severability: Should any provision of these terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
