Why can’t I copy trade?

Here are possible reasons why you failed to copy trade on Alpha Impact:

1. Have you connected your Exchange portfolio to the Alpha Impact app yet? You need to connect your portfolio to copy trade.
2. The coin/tokens you are trying to copy trade might not be supported in the Exchange of your portfolio.
3. You may not have a sufficient amount in your Exchange wallet to copy trade on Alpha Impact.
4. You may have attempted to copy traders’ Futures & Limit Orders, which are under development yet. Join our Telegram community here and get an update when Future & Limit Orders copy trading is available!
