We’ve outlined our Points to Token Balance Conversion Policy below.

Welcome to Alpha Impact!

The following Terms and Conditions govern the conversion of points to token balance on the Alpha Impact platform. By participating in the conversion program, users agree to the following terms:

 

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 Exclusions: C-level executives of Alpha Impact are ineligible.
1.2 Compliance: Users flagged for suspicious or non-compliant behavior cannot participate in conversions.

 

2. Point Accumulation and Conversion

2.1 Earning Points:

Points can be earned by:

  • Completing onboarding tasks.
  • Creating engaging social content.
  • Earning subscription revenue

 

2.2 Conversion Rules:
  • Conversion Rate: 10 points = 1 token.
  • Monthly Cap: Users can convert points up to the lesser of:
  • 10,000 points (equivalent to 1,000 tokens).
  • Tokens worth 100 USDT (based on prevailing token price).

 

3. Point Expiry

3.1 Newly earned points expire 12 months from the earning date.

3.2 Points earned before December 1, 2024, will expire on December 1, 2025, if not converted by then.

 

4. Conversion Discretion

4.1 Alpha Impact reserves the right to review, approve, or deny any point-to-token conversion request.

4.2 The program administrators may suspend or terminate a user’s eligibility for conversion at any time, particularly for violations.

 

5. Fraud and Misuse

5.1 Points earned through fraudulent, automated, or unethical methods will be invalidated and may result in account suspension or penalties.

5.2 Alpha Impact may investigate and revoke points in suspected misuse or non-compliance cases.

 

6. Program Adjustments

6.1 The program can be modified, suspended, or terminated at Alpha Impact’s discretion, with or without prior notice.

 

7. No Guarantees

7.1 Conversion of points to tokens does not guarantee monetary value or liquidity.

7.2 Alpha Impact is not liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from program participation.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Disputes regarding conversions will be resolved at the sole discretion of the program administrators of Alpha Impact.

8.2 Decisions made by Alpha Impact are final and binding.

Alpha Impact Update

Thank you to everyone who was part of the Alpha Impact journey.

After several years building one of the early automated crypto copy trading platforms, Alpha Impact has ceased operations and the platform is no longer available.

Founded in 2020, Alpha Impact was a venture-backed fintech startup that built a cloud-native and hybrid-Web3 trading platform integrating multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, on-chain wallets, real-time portfolio analytics, automated trade execution, and AI-powered trader intelligence. Over its lifetime, the platform processed more than $100 million/year in trading volume, serving thousands of traders.

Although the company is now dormant, we’re proud of what we built and grateful to our community, investors, partners, and team members for their support throughout this journey.

Security Reminder: Alpha Impact will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or request that you transfer assets to another website, platform or wallet.
