Application Release 3.6 | Alpha Impact releases Progressive Web App – Bridging the gap between web and mobile apps

Alpha Impact now supports a progressive web app. Users can open the app directly from their desktop on their personal devices or phone, instantly gaining access to the Alpha Impact app, its content, and its features.

With every feature release, we get closer to fulfilling our goal to be the most relevant financial app on the internet.

Login / Registration — Alpha Impact now has a Progressive Web App (PWA)!

Given that many users struggle with too many apps, it’s not a surprise that 25% of users abandon apps after only one use.

With the latest release, our community can use the Alpha Impact app without any installation or downloading. And when the user returns to the app, they will be prompted to install it and upgrade to a full-screen experience.

Users can install the Alpha Impact app to their mobile/ desktop home screen from the login page.

In order to help new users find the most relevant traders, new users were automatically assigned to follow several top traders.

Alpha Impact previously featured an auto-follow function, automatically signing new users up to follow the platform’s Featured Traders. This allowed new users to automatically have a news feed that features insights and posts from the platform’s top users. Because of an upcoming rewards function where users will be incentivized to follow traders, the auto-follow function has been disabled. Rewards Season — Earn and Claim up to $37USD worth of FOLO credits by completing profile completion tasks

To vastly increase users’ understanding of the Alpha Impact app and heighten the user experience, the team has come up with incentive rewards around the completion of the user profile. These rewards include even the simplest task like adding a profile picture on the platform and you will earn 2USD worth of FOLO.

The rewards for users increase with the complexity of the task. Up to $37 USD worth of credits is available for each user. You will be able to earn and claim up to $37 USD worth of FOLO Credits just by completing several simple tasks. Notifications- Own Trade Order Filled Notifications

Not sure if your own trade order is filled? With Alpha Impact, you’ll now receive Trade Notifications when your own order is filled. This is a new opt-in setting configured on your portfolio settings page.

To opt-in for this notification, Go to

Linked Portfolios > Click on the 3 dots icon > Click on “Notify me when an order is filled for this portfolio”

FOLO Wallet — Know when to Top Up

For users who have FOLO credits in the Alpha Impact wallet, once your wallet is running low on FOLO balance, you will receive a Low Wallet Balance warning notification which will be sent to you via Email and Telegram (if enabled).

Profile — Get creative with who you follow

We now allow you to follow the traders that matter to you. Previously, we prevented users from following those who had connected a portfolio to the Alpha Impact platform. However, we’ve listened to your feedback, and to bring our own platform in line with others, we now allow users to follow any other user on our platform.

Now when you follow an account, you’ll see them on your following list and their posts will appear in your Home timeline. We’ll notify the person you follow, and you may even get a follow back.
