Support Enhancements

Floating Telegram Widget

Need quick assistance? We’ve introduced a convenient floating Telegram widget, positioned in the bottom right corner of your screen for instant access to our Telegram channels.

We have 2 channels available, Chatroom for any crypto-related discussions & Support Channel for those who need help!

Customizable Widget

You can also enable or disable the floating Telegram widget directly from the top navigation bar settings, providing you with greater control over your experience on Alpha Impact.

Monetized and Subscriber Accounts

Spot Re-balance Logs

Stay informed about spot re-balancing activities with comprehensive logs now available for both copiers and lead traders — don’t worry, it will not be view-able by the rest of the community. By checking the logs, you now have a greater visibility in why certain trades made by the lead trader were not copied in your portfolio. This feature is available for all SPOT portfolios — remember to toggle over to Trading account if you’re portfolio’s exchange is KuCoin!

Trade Information Delay

Non-subscribers will now observe a three-month delay (previously two-weeks delay was applied) in accessing trade information of monetized traders, similar to the delay observed in 13F filings for US fund managers.

Minimum Order Size for Futures Copiers

To align with Binance’s minimum order requirements, we recommend a minimum order size of 50 USD for Binance Futures USD-M copiers.

New Trader Profit Sharing Model

Introducing a Proof of Concept (POC) and reporting model for trader profit sharing. Reach out to us on Telegram for more details: Join Now!

Whale Alerts

Whale Alert Notifications

Be alerted when whale transactions exceeding 10M USD are detected, excluding institutional accounts. There will be upcoming improvements on this feature that will bring more insightful information about onchain activities, so stay tuned!

Home Feed Enhancements

Bullish/Bearish Tags

Authors can now tag their posts as Bullish or Bearish, providing additional context to the trading community.

Simply click on either Bullish or Bearish button located on the post input to indicate your market sentiment!

Other Minor Enhancements and Scalability Improvements

Toggleable TP and SL Visibility

Easily toggle the visibility of Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) levels on your portfolio to improve viewing of your performance charts, especially when your TP/SL levels are far from your wallet balance.

As shown above, when TP/SL visibility is switched on & the deviation is significantly big, there’s a difficulty in studying the fluctuations & the precision of how far the current wallet balance is from TP/SL levels.

Whereas if the visibility is switched off, you can now view the fluctuations in your wallet balance chart mor easily.

Easier Identification of subscriber-only post

Authors can now easily identify subscriber-only posts on the global feed if written by themselves.

After navigating the complexities of the crypto market and being early movers with automated copy trading, Alpha Impact has reached a difficult crossroads. Due to unsustainable cloud infrastructure costs, we are announcing the formal cessation of all platform services.
 
The Hard Stop Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
 
On this date, the Alpha Impact web and mobile applications, all trade automation, and API-linked intelligence engines will go offline permanently.
 
Critical Action: Withdraw Your Assets
If you hold assets on the Alpha Impact platform, you must initiate a withdrawal to a self-managed custodial wallet by April 16, 2026.
 
Eligibility Minimums:
FOLO Balance: 1,500 FOLO
USDT: 1 USDT
FOLO Points: 15,000 Points (Must convert to FOLO Balance in-app first)
 
Security & API Keys:
Non-Custodial Safety: Your funds on linked exchanges (Binance & Kucoin) are SAFE. Our shutdown only disconnects the automation.
Revoke Access: We strongly advise all users to manually delete their "Alpha Impact" API keys directly within their Binance or Kucoin API settings immediately.
Data Purge: On April 23, we will execute a permanent scrub of all encrypted API keys to ensure user privacy and security.
 
⚠️ Security Warning
Alpha Impact staff will NEVER ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or passwords. We will never ask you to "migrate" funds to a new address. Only use the official app for withdrawals.
 
A Final Note
We are incredibly proud of the $100M+ in trade volume and the next-gen trade intelligence engine we built together. While this journey is ending sooner than we envisioned, we thank you for your "diamond hands" and support through the highs and lows.
